CMS re-brands to FabCast Solutions

We are excited to share important news regarding the evolution of our company and how this change will benefit you. We are delighted to announce that our company name will be changing as of December 13th, 2021, to FabCast Solutions.

These new FANUC robot polishers will regularise our polishing techniques and ensure a consistent finish goes on all of our die casted as well as gravity casted parts. These parts will then go on to be e-coated then powder coated. Class A surface requirement all round. We can't wait to eventually meet them in person! :)

CMS is delighted to announce that Mr Mark McClinton has joined the team as Quality Manager in Columbia, South Carolina. Mark has 5 years of Quality inspection experience and looks after material receiving and outgoing shipments for us in our dedicated Columbia warehouse.

We are thrilled to welcome Miss Cinthia Garcia to the role of Supply Chain/Customer Service representative at China Metal Solutions, Mexico. Cinthia will be based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico assisting our operations there. Cinthia previously worked with Schlumberger (MX) and Schneider Electric (MX) .

Cinthia is bilingual in Spanish/English is also a qualified Electrical/Electronic Technician (from Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon) and has a BA in International Relations. Cinthia topped up her English language skills in Dublin, Ireland and in the few hours she has off loves...

Manuel comes to us from BMW San Luis Potosi where he was working in Supply Chain & Project management and previously working at ABB. Manuel is fastidious in his organisation and follow-up and is an expert in the IMMEX / Maquiladora program-saving money for US enterprises going through Mexico. CMS are delighted to announce the full-time hiring of Señor Francisco Loredo to as Director of Quality/Engineering to our Monterrey, MX team from February, 2020. Francisco has 20 years of die casting experience in management and on the floor working with companies like Ficosa , Nemak and General Electric. Francisco has an MBA in Bus Admin and is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. Francisco is also a teacher at Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon and teaches Operations Research, Purchasing and Human Development.

Whilst conducting a Quality Audit at a prospective e-coating/powder coating vendor in Monterrey (qualified to coat Daimler/Ford/PACCAR/Navistar) we had a team building evening once our quality discussions had completed! First time meeting together of Bryan (Manufacturing Engineer) and Manuel (Operations). A great time was had!
