Anodizing
Anodizing creates a hard coating that is great for many applications. Anodizing increases resistance to corrosion and wear, and provides better adhesion for paint primers and glues than bare metal does.
Anodizing is a relatively cheap end process and we have access to several anodizing lines, both in Shanghai and in Jiangsu province. We usually anodize to neutral, grey, gold or black colors.
WHAT WE OFFER
Bright Dip
This is a chemical treatment that is done previous to aluminum parts prior to anodizing. This ultimately enhances the sheen of the metal surface resulting in a polished and clean finish. A great benefit to bright dip is that when it is applied, there are no deposits left on the surface of the part.
Barrel and Bulk
A cost-effective method for the andozising process and suitable for high volumes. Usually used in the screw and fastener industry, parts like nuts, bolts, and screws can be anodized in large quantities and in a wide variety of colors. While it has a decorative and high impact look, barrel and bulk also provide great protection against corrosion.
