Powder Coating gives an economical, long lasting, and decorative finish that can be applied to nearly any metal. Powder Coated surfaces are resistant to stretching, cracking, chipping, fading, and general wear and tear.
We mainly powder coat for our automotive customers. We have access to quality and accredited powder coat shops both in the USA and China. We use both locally sourced paint and international brand (Akzo Nobel / DuPont etc.) polymers depending on the customer’s own performance and cost requirement. We also use an E-Coating facility that has been approved by Shanghai GM, Volvo, Iveco and BMW. Their production management is superb and is TS:16949 accredited.

BENEFIT OF POWDER COATING
There is a wide range of speciality effects that are easily accomplished that are hard to accomplish with other coating processes. A large benefit for powder coating is that it does not require any type of solvent to have the filler and binder parts remain in a liquid suspension form. Whether the powder is thermoset or thermoplastic, a hard finish will be created that is ultimately tougher than conventional paint. Because Powder Coating contains no solvents, it is also environment friendly due to how little the amount of Volatile Organic Compounds is released into the atmosphere.
